Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental Health Awareness Week

It was Mental Health Awareness Week here in the UK and a fantastic time to talk about mental health at work. Our own Founder, James, wrote about his experience setting up a business as a young entrepreneur, managing an ever-growing team, and how to turn an isolating experience into productive development for our people.

COVID-related measures were difficult for everyone who thrives in working with people but now, as we go back to offices and lean on one another’s support in person again, we continue to prioritise wellbeing in the workplace.

If you’d like to support the Mental Health Awareness Week initiative, find more information here. Mind UK and Samaritans are also doing incredible work in this space. As James said, loneliness in the business world is very real, but the people and organisations we reach out to can make the experience positive in the end.
