Patrick Morgan was founded in 2016 by James O’Dowd, a former Korn Ferry consultant. From the outset, the firm quickly established a reputation for excellence in senior Partner hiring within the European Professional Services market, particularly in the Advisory, Consulting, and Strategy sectors.
Growth & Expansion
By 2018, Patrick Morgan experienced rapid growth, extending its reach across the US and Middle Eastern markets. We built extensive networks in Technology, Private Equity, and newly emerging boutique and ‘challenger’ consulting firms, positioning ourselves as a leading talent acquisition firm in these sectors.
In response to the evolving needs of our clients and the evolution of the Executive Search market, we introduced Patrick Morgan Insight — a comprehensive service offering that includes market intelligence, forensic candidate referencing, psychometric testing and compensation benchmarking. This service allows us to act as in-depth consultants to our clients, providing them with the critical insights needed to make informed decisions.
Patrick Morgan Foundation
As our team expanded, we saw an opportunity to leverage our deep understanding of the job market to make a broader societal impact. This led to the creation of the Patrick Morgan Foundation. Our mission is to empower school leavers by equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary for successful and fulfilling careers. We achieve this through a combination of in-person career workshops, a comprehensive digital platform, and ongoing thought leadership initiatives. Our efforts focus on advocating for improved career outcomes, especially for under-represented young people, ensuring they have the tools and opportunities to thrive.
