Consulting firms across the board are preparing for an expected increase in M&A activity towards the back end of this year with a number of firms hiring M&A Value Creation/Post-Deal Partners across Europe. At the same time firms are strengthening their restructuring capabilities, with large corporates still facing difficulties navigating the fast-evolving market.
Aside from the consistent flow of movers and promotions this month, consulting firms continue to find ways to expand their global presence, represented by acquisitions and the opening of offices in new regions.
