Rory joined Patrick Morgan to lead Product & Insight development across the firm’s intelligence offerings. With a background in research consultancy and a strong track record of scaling data-led solutions in the commercial insurance and professional services sectors, he brings both strategic vision and technical expertise to the team.

Prior to joining Patrick Morgan, Rory worked at a leading insurance insights agency, where he built and managed high-performing data and research products. At Patrick Morgan, he is responsible for shaping the firm’s Business Intelligence proposition. Rory is passionate about building tools that drive commercial outcomes and deliver real value to clients. He is also committed to making insights more accessible and actionable through smart design, automation, and scalable systems.

Outside of work, Rory is a keen reader and traveller, and a committed-if unfortunate-supporter of Middlesbrough Football Club.
