Lauraniel has welcomed Richard Ingoldby as Director – Strategy, Transformation & Corporate Finance. He brings more than 12 years’ experience in executive search and talent acquisition for consulting, private equity, and professional services. Ingoldby previously held senior roles at RC&I, KRS-Associates, The Barton Partnership, and Vantage Market Entry, leading searches across EMEA, North America, and APAC. He began his career at Rees Draper Wright and started in marketing communications at Innesco.
Harinder Soor has been appointed Managing Director in the UK Capital Allowances team at Alvarez & Marsal Tax in London. He brings over 25 years’ experience in tax depreciation and capital allowances across sectors including infrastructure, construction, real estate, hotels, leisure, and retail. Soor joins from KPMG, where he spent 11 years as an equity partner and led the UK capital allowances team for 13. At A&M Tax, he works alongside Managing Director Steve Smith, supporting clients from project design through to completion, including HMRC submissions.
Blackstone have appointed Tory Dennerlein as Managing Director, based in New York. Dennerlein has been with the firm for nearly ten years and was most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, having previously served as Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to joining Blackstone, Dennerlein built a strong financial and operational foundation through roles at General Electric, including its Financial Management Program and corporate audit functions.
Jordan Geiersbach has joined ESP Associates, Inc. as Director of Corporate Development, based in Birmingham, Michigan. He brings experience in M&A execution and value creation for private equity-backed growth. Jordan previously held senior roles at Palm Tree LLC, including Senior Vice President and Vice President, and worked in transaction advisory at Doeren Mayhew. He began his career in audit at Deloitte, progressing from Audit Intern to Senior Auditor.
FTI Consulting has appointed Terrence Brody and Marc-Philip Ferzan as Senior Managing Directors in its Forensic and Litigation Consulting practice. They will support clients on investigations, risk management, and compliance matters.
– Terrence Brody has extensive experience in investigations and regulatory compliance. He has held senior roles in government, including Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director at the Governor’s Office of Recovery and Rebuilding in New Jersey, as well as legal positions at the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. He has also worked in private practice and consulting, including at Ankura.
– Marc-Philip Ferzan brings more than twenty years of experience in risk, forensics, and compliance. His background includes senior roles at Ankura, the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey. He has also lectured in public policy at the University of Virginia and worked at PwC Advisory Services.
S&W have appointed Matthew Roach as Partner in their London business tax practice, further enhancing the firm’s real estate tax capabilities. Roach brings more than 20 years’ experience in real estate and funds tax, joining from KPMG and Interpath, where he advised on some of the UK and Europe’s largest property transactions. His appointment follows the recent hire of Kersten Muller as Head of Business Tax London, underscoring S&W’s continued investment in growing its market-leading tax offering.
Deloitte has welcomed Marc Ferré Hausmann as a Partner, focusing on business transformation and Global Business Services. He brings over 20 years of experience improving finance, supply chain, procurement, and corporate operations through digital, AI, and automation initiatives. At Bayer, he led Global Business Services in Barcelona, driving cost savings, digital transformation, and talent development across multiple functions. Marc combines operational leadership with technology and human-centred approaches to help organisations build efficient, future-ready operations.
FTI Consulting have appointed four senior hires in their London Transformation practices. Jan Timmermann, Malvinder Singh and Rakhi Williams join as Senior Managing Directors, and Irina Bakanova joins as Managing Director.
– Timmermann brings more than 25 years’ experience across over 80 private equity assignments, specialising in pre-deal operational and carve-out due diligence, post-deal value creation and technology integration. He joins from Kearney, where he led European private equity portfolio operations, having previously held roles at Alvarez & Marsal, Deloitte and PA Consulting.
– Singh has over 25 years’ experience in technology leadership, focusing on private equity value creation. He is a specialist in IT operating model transformation, carve-outs and post-merger integration, and joins from EY-Parthenon, where he established the Private Equity Technology Value Creation practice. He previously held senior roles at Alvarez & Marsal and worked in industry as an interim CIO.
– Williams brings more than 28 years’ experience leading complex transformations for listed companies and private equity portfolio businesses. She has expertise in value creation, commercial excellence and operating model design, and joins from McKinsey and L.E.K. Consulting. She has also held multiple C-suite and board roles across the media, technology and information services sectors.
– Bakanova has over 12 years’ experience delivering digital transformation, growth and cost optimisation in Financial Services. She joins from HSBC, where she was Head of Strategy and Finance for a fintech venture, and has previously held senior positions at McKinsey and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Oliver Wyman has welcomed Vincent Barbat as a Partner in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) practice. He brings extensive experience in operations strategy and transformation, sourcing, customer experience, and optimising distribution channels and sales force performance. Barbat previously worked at Kearney as a Senior Partner, leading the Consumer Industries and Retail practice in France, and has led transformation projects at multinational and national consumer goods companies.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has agreed to acquire Coastal Cloud, a Salesforce consultancy based in Palm Coast, Florida, for $700 million. Founded in 2012, Coastal Cloud is a Salesforce summit partner with more than 400 professionals holding over 3,000 multi-cloud certifications. The firm supports mid-market clients across industries, delivering services in sales, service, marketing, revenue, CPQ, commerce, and Salesforce data cloud. This acquisition builds on TCS’ October purchase of Listengage, a Massachusetts-based Salesforce consultancy, and positions TCS as a top-five Salesforce consulting firm globally. The deals also reinforce the company’s commitment to its largest market, the US, and advance its AI-led transformation strategy. Coastal Cloud’s CEO Eric Berridge said joining TCS enables the firm to serve clients with greater depth, speed, and scale, while TCS COO Aarthi Subramanian described the acquisition as a key milestone in expanding global Salesforce capabilities.
Accenture and Snowflake have launched the Accenture Snowflake Business Group to help enterprises accelerate AI and data transformations. The group combines Snowflake’s data and AI platform with Accenture’s consulting and industry expertise and will be supported by more than 5,000 SnowPro-certified Accenture employees, the largest certified talent pool in the Snowflake partner network. The initiative builds on the firms’ longstanding partnership and will include a global centre of excellence where Accenture and Snowflake teams collaborate with clients to co-create solutions and assets. The group aims to help organisations leverage data and advanced AI to build next-generation applications, improve decision-making, and drive innovation.
