Key People Moves

Regina Vetters, formerly at McKinsey and BARMER, has joined EY Germany’s Healthcare practice as a Partner, where she will continue to specialise in Digital services within Healthcare, in the Payor and Provider sectors.

Martin Holzapfel has joined Strategy& Germany as the new leader of Deals Strategy across Europe. Martin joins from Bain & Co and brings with him a vast amount of knowledge and experience within the Private Equity and Industrial Goods sectors.

Jacopo Barontini has joined Alvarez & Marsal in Italy, leading their Financial Restructuring team. He brings with him a wealth of experience, having worked at Deloitte for over 20 years.

EY Parthenon in Germany have further expanded their capabilities within their Healthcare practice with the hire of Udo Janssen, a former KPMG partner. He will be joining the team to focus on Strategic Orientation, Operational Excellence, and Digital Transformation.

Arthur D. Little had hired three new Partners across their offices in Europe. Amaury Klossa joins the strategy firm’s Paris office, where he will be Head of the Energy & Utility Practice after serving as a Partner at Emerton for almost five years. Raimundo Cisneros joins the Spanish team and will be a member of the Technology & Innovation Management practice. Florian Forst, based in Munich, leaves Zeb Consulting to lead the Financial Services practice for Arthur D. Little in Central Europe.

Deloitte in the UK has hired Kanika Mehta as their latest Partner to join their Transaction Services team, after spending 15 years at PwC. She will be joining the team to specialise in providing financial diligence services to private equity and corporate clients.

Alvarez & Marsal Taxand US has hired Andrew Brewster, former Deloitte consultant, specialising in Research and Development Credits and Incentives. Andrew will be focused on assisting A&M’s clients in securing government co-funding, which has increased with the mounting pressure for companies to modernise.

Joe Knight leaves PwC after 13 years with the firm and joins the recently formed consulting firm EOS Deal Advisory as a Director. Joe specialises in providing Deal and Financial Due Diligence advice to both corporate and private equity clients in a range of industries, especially within Retail & Consumer Goods.

Bernard Gainnier has stepped down from his role as PwC’s France and Maghreb President, handing over the position to Patrice Morot. Bernard will continue embodying change through his new company BIOMANITY, a biotechnology social impact company.

Francesco Corda and Noah van Kessel have both joined BlinkLane Consulting, a boutique consulting firm which focuses on organizational transformation in the digital age, based in the Netherlands. Francesco is joining from Accenture in Italy where he was an Agile Transformation Coach and Noah joins from EIFFEL as an Implementation Consultant.

Bain has hired a new consultant to join their Private Equity team in London. Alexandra Eide joins the firm as a Senior Manager, bringing with her over 10 years experience working at Monitor Deloitte and, more recently, L.E.K Consulting.

Chris Goodgame joins Alvarez & Marsal London office, after 20 years at Deloitte. His area of expertise is advising Private Equity companies on M&A, with a focus on the financial services sector.

Eric Dustman joins Alvarez & Marsal as a Managing Director within their Performance improvement team. Eric joins after spending the majority of his career at Booz & Co/Strategy&, where he built up his expertise in Supply Chain Performance Improvement and Transformation.

Promotions

Jean-Yves Bonvin is the latest member of RSM Switzerland to be promoted to Partner within their Advisory practice. Jean-Yvest will continue to expand the firm’s Corporate Finance business, whilst also leading their Transfer Pricing practice in Switzerland.

Asutosh Padhi will now serve as McKinsey’s Managing Partner in North America, leading the firm across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Roland Berger has recently been promoted Frederick Van Gysegem to Partner after he has been at the firm for over seven years.

More so, Roland Berger have promoted 17 new Roland Berger Partners worldwide, with the firm on course to have a record-breaking year.

Bain in Brussels have promoted Phi Hai Nguyen and Vincent Goffin to the Partner level, both consultants joining the firm around 10 years ago.

Hanno Dachwitz has been promoted to Partner at Roland Berger in Germany. Hanno is a well seasoned consultant with a focus on Financial Services.

Eight Advisory have promoted Romain Le Théo (Valuations) and Erwann Huon de Kermadec (Infrastructure and Project Finance), in Paris, to Partner level. More so, they promoted Jan Burchert, a Tax Partner, in Frankfurt.

Tobias Schönberg has made an internal move from Germany to the Middle East. He is a Senior Partner at Roland Berger and has a vast amount of experience in the Transportation sector.

Gautam Kumra becomes the new chairman of McKinsey in Asia. Since graduating in 1993, Gautam has been at McKinsey, focusing on the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry, as well as the industrial, financial, and technology sectors.
